The problem
We went to the G20 YEA Summit to find out, and came back with the six reasons below.
Canadian youth (15–24) unemployment · Statistics Canada · 2024
Hiring freezes
AI-apply floods
Global remote pool
Layoffs reward stocks
Entry roles automated
Skills mismatch
Our solution
A 3-phase career program that turns the broken job market into a system your members can actually use.
Phase 01 Weeks 1–2 · Educate
A hands-on networking curriculum your members keep referencing, taught by founders, repeatable each term, and yours to keep.
Phase 02 Weeks 3–6 · Execute
Every member gets the Nodalli AI app: 200+ verified contacts, AI-drafted outreach, built-in follow-ups. You see live cohort progress as it happens.
Phase 03 Week 8 · Document
An end-of-program report tied to real activity: students enrolled, sessions delivered, chats facilitated. The story you hand to sponsors to grow next year's program.

United Way Greater Toronto funded a resident-led program to bring career networking into a neighbourhood the professional world keeps skipping. We built and delivered it.

Reach youth, job seekers, and young professionals facing systemic barriers to employment and mentorship, in trusted community spaces, at no cost to attend.
Four labs between March and June 2026, each pairing a keynote from someone who walked the road with a hands-on workshop where participants sent real outreach in the room.
The curriculum rebuilt as eight self-paced modules, so residents who couldn't make a weekday evening still get the whole program, permanently and for free.
